7. Contact Businesses with Deep Pockets

Let’s say you have acquired a few good web domain names that would work well for a business in the field of real estate. You can contact some of the bigger businesses and make an offer to sell them your domain name. Check to see that the domain doesn’t contain any elements that are already trademarked.

In such a case, you can be forced to give up the name.
