During this time Alex has created traditional websites, CMS based sites and for last couple years – blogs.

With all of the talk going on about the recent Google slap of Squidoo.com, Alok has made an excellent post on how and why creating a squidoo lens remains an excellent marketing resource and how and why many squidoo lenses are still being indexed and included in Google’s top search results pages.
I am quite certain that this is not going to be the first article that you’ve read or seen on Web 2.0, viral marketing, or social media sites. And, if you are lucky, it won’t be the last.
These are huge topics to cover with a lot of different angles to consider. But one thing seems to really stand out about each of these things: opportunity.
Web 2.0 and social media websites lend themselves to extremely powerful viral marketing campaigns (specifically link baiting campaigns – don’t worry, I’ll explain) and every day savvy marketers are devising campaigns that add to the value of these social media sites while driving unthinkable traffic to their sites.
The money is in the list? Maybe. But I know there is money in those social media sites.

This is a killer little app that is saving me a bunch of time with Web 2.0 site submissions to Digg, Netscape, Plime, and several other sites.

Internet marketers, have you seen a video on YouTube or Google recently that you believe you could integrate into one of your ad campaigns if only you could insert some of your own content?
Well, – A PLY is a transparent layer that is placed over a video ready for you to start creating content such as Bubbles. Bubbles are similar to the captions or bubbles (like the ones you see in comic strips) that can be used to add your own words to a video. A BubblePLY is the result of adding a Bubble on a PLY.
BubblePLY.com enables you to enhance a video without disturbing the actual video content. The original video is always kept intact; the only changes are cosmetic in that BubblePLY.com adds a transparent layer (called a PLY) to which your content is added.
